1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Albamont Cuisine website and the purchase of products offered by ALBAMONT LLC, d/b/a Albamont Cuisine, a Massachusetts Limited Liability Company located at 87 Hayward Road, Acton, MA 01720, USA. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Products and Pricing
All products are described as accurately as possible, including materials, dimensions, oven-safe temperatures, and care instructions. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice prior to order confirmation. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to cancel any order at our discretion.
3. Shipping Policy
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days from our Acton, Massachusetts location. Cookware and cutlery ship in reinforced packaging to prevent damage in transit. Albamont Cuisine is not responsible for carrier delays. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
4. Refund and Return Policy
Unused products in original packaging may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method, less original shipping costs. Cast iron skillets and copper saucepans that have been seasoned or used may only be returned if defective or materially different from their description. To initiate a return, contact steackfrite@gmail.com with your order number. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence so that we may arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Cookware Care Disclaimer
Cast iron and copper cookware require specific care to maintain performance and longevity. Care instructions are included with each product. Damage resulting from improper care (including washing enameled cast iron with abrasive cleaners, or overheating copper cookware) is not considered a product defect and is not covered under our return policy. Customers with questions about cookware care are encouraged to contact us before use.
7. Cutlery Safety
Forged steak knives and kitchen cutting tools are sharp professional implements. Customers assume responsibility for safe storage and use. Albamont Cuisine is not liable for injuries resulting from improper use or storage of cutlery.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website is the property of Albamont Cuisine or its licensors and is protected under applicable U.S. law. No content may be reproduced or used commercially without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Albamont Cuisine shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
